“Beneath The Mystery” is a song written and produced by my friend and brother in Christ Jon Wyemore. I was given the privilege and honor to write and perform the acoustic fingerstyle and solo guitar parts for this song.
Jon is the Pastor of “Living Way Foursquare Church” in Midland Texas. Also featured on the song is my other friend and brother in Christ Jose Velez who wrote and performed the keyboard and synth parts. Jose is a music teacher and a minister of music for a Catholic church in Illinois. He also has video tutorials on YouTube for home studio folks.
The three of us are members of Home Studio Corner, run by Christian songwriter and producer Joe Gilder in Nashville.
When Jose and me we were writing and recording out parts, we never heard what the other was doing. But The Lord knew what was needed and made it all harmonize so well! It brought tears to me eyes because The Lord made me part of a good work with my fellows, and the message is one The Lord has had on my own heart for a while.
Such blessing, such privilege, such an awesome fellowship we have with one another together with The Lord of lords!
